This site lists properties submitted by listing companies and passes your inquiries to them.

The company operating this site is not a licensed real estate broker and does not broker or act as agent for any lease.

Showing the property and the lease itself are handled by the company listing it.

The content of each listing is provided by the company listing it.

A property is removed from the site once it is rented. Its page will no longer be available.

For anything you need to be certain about, please check with the listing company.

To send an inquiry you need to enter your name and contact details. We save them as your account.

An inquiry is not an application. If you want to apply, the listing company will send you an application form.

For some homes, such as those still going through base inspection or relisting, we hide the exact address and building name. If you request it and the listing company approves, the exact address and name of that home are shown to you.

Use the exact address only for your own housing search (considering a viewing or an application). You must not:

- contact or visit the property owner directly - pull property registry records or otherwise look up the owner - solicit the owner to change their management company - share the address with anyone else, or use it for anything other than your housing search - keep requesting addresses in order to collect them

We record when you received and viewed each address, and for which property. If you request many addresses, we may pause approvals until we have checked.

If we find a violation, we will suspend your account without notice. We may also provide the records to the listing company and the property owner for claims for damages or other legal action.
